Here is the text of the message: From admin@pcfa.org Sat May 8 08:00:20 1999 Date: Sat, 8 May 1999 08:00:03 -0500 (CDT) From: AdministratorDear PCFA.ORG User: PCFA.ORG rules require you to do an interactive login each calendar quarter in order to retain your account on the server. Your last login was in 1998. Therefore, your account is subject to deletion if you do not complete an interactive login by June 30, 1999. An interactive login is: 1. Use software such as "Hyperterminal" or "Telix" to dial in to 887-1842. Do a successful login with your account name and password. 2. TELNET into PCFA.ORG from another computer, often from your web browser (telnet://pcfa.org where you normally enter addresses such as http://www.pcfa.org).
Part of the login message includes a phrase that says: Checking e-mail via POP or doing FTP transfers are NOT interactive logins. If you receive this e-mail on an account other than PCFA.ORG, then you are forwarding your mail to that address. You must still do the interactive login described above, or your account (and the mail forwarding) will be deleted. If you have any questions, contact 'admin@pcfa.org'.
